Returns, Replacements & Refunds

All return requests and order-related issues must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date.

We offer replacements in the following cases:

  • The item has missing parts

  • The item shows clear defects or poor craftsmanship

Please note that we do not offer replacements or refunds if the item has been damaged, broken, or lost due to customer handling.

Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags and labels

We do not accept refund requests for items reported after 30 days from delivery.

Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address of the nearest facility.

After shipping your item back, you must provide proof of shipment (such as a receipt or tracking confirmation).

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically issued to your original payment method within 2–7 business days.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • The order was placed incorrectly by the customer (e.g., wrong product, quantity, or variation selected)
